It is a set of 18 CDs covering all 283 Junior Bible Quizzing verses from Matthew. Each CD covers 1/18th of the material (about 18 verses) and has 3 parts on it.
Part 1 is an Adventure story complete with music and sound effects. Every scripture is included in the story. (Kids love it!)
Part 2 includes all the scriptures put to song. Several extremely talented musicians and singers have contributed to this part. The songs are very high quality and range from country to jazz to gospel to just plain silly.
Part 3 is the drills and skills section. In this section an adult says the first part and a child responds. (The idea is that a quizzer can listen to this and respond along with the child on the recording.)
Part 3 has 3 sections.

Section 1 (Repeat after me drill) Adult says scripture in parts, child repeats.
Section 2 (Referencing drill) Adult gives scripture up to point of interruption, child responds with reference.
Section 3 (Point of interruption drill) Adult gives reference, child responds with scripture up to the point of interruption.

Note: (The point of interruption is the shortest unique beginning of a scripture across all the scriptures in this year’s JUNIOR material.)

The JBQ Workout Set may be copied and given to everyone in your church. We ask that the copying stop at the edge of your church. All other CD’s are for your personal use only.

All of the Colorado Dove Net CDs are made with a new, top of the line CD duplicator. We have a quality assurance process to make sure that each CD that is written can also be read back. We also take random samples to make sure that they are working properly. Even though we go to great lengths to ensure that each CD is in good working order it sometimes happens that a CD cannot be played in a particular CD player. If this happens to you please try another CD player. If you are unable to get your CD to work in another player please let us know. We want you to have a good working set and will happily send you a replacement CD.
